Veteran Healing
Much of Brynn’s work has been dedicated to serving veterans. From her first residency at a Veterans Affairs hospital in Tennessee to years spent walking alongside veterans from every branch of service, she has witnessed both the pain and resilience that come from military life.
Veteran culture is unique. It carries its own values, language, and challenges. It requires care from someone who understands that world and respects its strength. Brynn’s work is guided by a deep commitment to serve those who have served.
Spiritual Care for Those Who’ve Served
You’ve worn the uniform and carried the weight. Now you’re navigating a life that is often difficult to explain or even understand. Here, you do not need to explain. You are already understood.
What We Can Work Through Together
Many veterans come to Brynn facing a mix of visible and invisible wounds, including:
- PTSD and Combat Trauma
- Moral Injury—the deep pain that comes from actions (or inactions) that violate your core values
- Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
- Childhood abuse and complex trauma
- Grief, loss, and unresolved sorrow
- Addiction and recovery
- Disconnection from family, community, or self
- Spiritual struggle, loss of faith, or a yearning for renewed purpose
Whether you are asking, “Who am I now?” after separating from service or trying to make sense of what you’ve been through, you are welcome here.
Not Therapy. Not Preaching. Just Presence.
This is not clinical therapy and not religious counseling. You will not be diagnosed, fixed, or preached to. Instead, this is a grounded, compassionate space where your story is respected. You can speak freely or sit in silence. Both are valid.
Together, you and Brynn will explore what healing and wholeness might look like for you now.
Veterans Transforming Trauma into Resilience
Every day, Brynn witnesses veterans turning pain into strength. Many find new meaning, rediscover purpose, and reconnect with life in powerful ways. Healing is not about erasing the past. It is about reclaiming your story and living with integrity and peace
A Message from Brynn
Most of my career has been devoted to veterans. I have seen firsthand how trauma and service shape a person’s spirit and identity. I also believe deeply in the power of transformation. You are not broken. You are becoming. My role is to walk with you as you rediscover your strength, purpose, and sense of belonging.
