Join a Virtual Group

Group work offers a powerful way to heal and grow through shared experience. Whether you are navigating grief, exploring spiritual practices, or learning to live more mindfully, group settings create space for insight, connection, and transformation.

If you have been looking for emotional support or community beyond one-on-one care, group work may be a meaningful option. Every group is inclusive and open to people of all backgrounds and belief systems.

Grief Group

Grieving can feel isolating, but you do not have to go through it alone. This eight-week group provides a supportive environment to explore different forms of loss and how they appear in our lives. Many people discover that grief has many layers that need to be seen and honored.

Together, we will explore how to hold grief gently, allowing it to teach rather than consume. The goal is not to “get over” grief but to walk with it in a way that allows growth and meaning to emerge.

Note: This group is not a substitute for individual care. Private sessions are available for deeper one-on-one work.

Shamanism as a Spiritual Practice

Shamanism is an ancient tradition that views all of life as interconnected. This eight-week course introduces the practice of journeying for spiritual insight and connecting with the wisdom of the natural and unseen world.

Rooted in the Michael Harner lineage and adapted for all belief systems, this group explores:
• How to safely enter meditative or visionary states for spiritual reflection
• How to connect with your own helping spirits or inner guidance
• How to deepen your relationship with nature and intuition
• Ways to integrate these practices into your personal spiritual life

Open to both beginners and experienced seekers.

The Art of Presence (Book Study)

In a world that moves too fast, learning to be still is a spiritual act. This six-week book study explores The Practice of the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and teaches how presence can bring peace, clarity, and reconnection with your deepest self.

You will learn to:
• Notice thoughts and emotions without letting them take control
• Practice presence in daily life
• Reconnect with your authentic self in moments of stillness

Weekly Meditation (Free & Ongoing)

Every Thursday at 7 PM (EST), we gather online for a shared meditation practice. This is a time to quiet the mind, connect with others, and offer compassion to ourselves and the world.

No experience is required. All are welcome to join and drop in at any time.

Why Group Work?

Group experiences often create healing in ways that individual reflection cannot. Through shared stories and deep listening, we begin to see our own journeys more clearly.

This work is not about offering advice or solutions. It is about being present, learning from one another, and walking together through the challenges of life with honesty, courage, and care.
