Healing Services
At The Outpatient Chaplain, Brynn White offers personalized and group support to help you move through the emotions and uncertainty that come with grief, change, and inner struggle. Whether you are facing the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or a feeling of disconnection from yourself or your purpose, this space is here for you.
This is not therapy in the traditional sense. Instead of focusing on diagnosis or treatment, chaplain care centers on presence, listening, and helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and strength.
Many people who have tried counseling or searched for emotional support find chaplain care to be a meaningful alternative. It provides a grounded, compassionate space that helps you find healing through reflection and connection.
A Holistic, Psycho-Spiritual Approach
Brynn meets you where you are emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. Her approach blends spiritual companionship with evidence-based tools such as:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Problem-Solving Therapy (PST)
She also integrates insights from the Enneagram and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which help deepen self-awareness and promote healing in relationships and within the self.
Meditation, grounding techniques, and shamanic practices may also be included. These tools help bring calm, awareness, and connection to the present moment.
This space is about reflection, release, rediscovery, and transformation. Healing does not come from avoiding pain but from understanding it and learning from what it teaches.

Getting Started
Many people who have considered counseling find chaplain support to be a space that feels both grounded and sacred. It offers spiritual and emotional care that is practical, nonclinical, and deeply human.
Healing Through Presence
One of the most powerful steps toward healing is allowing yourself to be present. This work invites you to stop running, numbing, or fixing, and instead listen to what your pain or confusion might be trying to teach.
There is no need to hide or perform. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Inclusive, Open, and Affirming
The Outpatient Chaplain welcomes all people, regardless of background, faith, or identity. Brynn is proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a space that honors every story and lived experience.
Let’s Begin Together
Whether you have tried therapy or are simply beginning to seek support, this work invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your true self. You do not have to face grief or transition alone. Chaplain care offers a path rooted in presence, purpose, and possibility.
